The District of Maple Ridge is seeking public comments on a Tenant Assistance Policy in order to protect Mobile Home Park tenants who may face displacement due to future redevelopment.

The policy is intended to supplement the Provincial Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Act in assisting tenants.
