Two key background documents are available for downloading and viewing.  Public comments are invited for both documents.  The Town Centre Parking Strategy has been recently completed, and its chapters may be accessed at the following links:

Comments received prior to August 13th will be considered in the implementation of this Strategy, which will be presented to Council later in August.

The Town Centre Development Permit Area Draft Guidelines [PDF, 24.2MB] are nearing completion. Comments must be received by September 17, 2008 in order to be considered for incorporation into the Town Centre Area Plan.  A draft of the Town Centre Area Plan is expected to go to Public Open House in mid-September.  Details will be posted once a date has been determined.
