Bell Irving Hatchery   Bell Irving Hatchery Dunlop Creek

REGIONAL PARK | East Area

The hatchery, located in Kanaka Creek Regional Park, can be reached either by trail from Cliff Falls park or more directly by road from 256 Street, south off Dewdney Trunk Road. It includes rearing ponds and offers free tours and education about the lifecycle of the salmon and the role the hatchery plays in maintaining the salmon population of Kanaka Creek. We guarantee to be open 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm every weekend, but are open during the week on a drop-in arrangement or if someone wants to phone ahead 604-462-8643.
