Building Community Solutions
Connect with your neighbours throughout the summer. Building relationships in your neighbourhood improves your sense of wellbeing, your sense of security and strengthens the quality of life for you and your neighbours. The Building Community Solutions Committee is providing Neighbourhood Seed Grants to individuals and groups who wish to organize an activity in their neighbourhood which will help families, children and individuals get to know one another. Camp Goodtimes at Loon Lake UBC
Urgently need Adult volunteers to help at Camp Goodtimes at Loon Lake UBC Maple Ridge. If under 19 ages old must have an adult accompanying them at camp. There are 6 weeks of camp during the months of July and August. There are 3 hours shifts daily in the kitchen washing dishes. There are many different shifts to match everyone's lifestyle.
