Provides support to the organization in the areas of: Health & Safety, Labour Relations, Recruitment, Pension Plan Coordination, Training, Performance Management, Incentive Programs, Classification & Salary Administration, Benefits Administration, and general employee relations. Specific objectives include increased productivity & performance through performance planning and training, provision of a safe workplace with trained and aware staff, recruitment of highly qualified staff, and provision of internal and external training opportunities which contribute to professional development.
