The Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for the overall administration of the District's departments, developing corporate policy, providing leadership and direction for senior staff in the day-to-day and long-term business affairs of the District in accordance with Council goals, and providing advice to Council about District organization and operating procedures. This office also directly oversees the Communications Department, Human Resources Department, and the Economic Development Department.
