How to make a Planning Application
- Pre-application meetings are strongly recommended. Please call 604-467-7341 to arrange for an appointment.
- Where a development proposal requires more than one application (e.g., rezoning and subdivision), all applications must be made concurrently. They must also be a complete package and stand-alone. This will require duplication of basic information such as title certificate, consent forms, site profiles, reports, etc.

Step 2: Select and print the application type that corresponds to your development proposal:
- Schedule A - OCP Amendment [PDF, 48KB]
- Schedule B - Rezoning for single family [PDF, 53KB]
- Schedule C - Rezoning for other than single family.[PDF, 52KB]
- Schedule D - Development Permit [PDF, 52KB]
- Schedule E - Development Variance Permit [PDF, 46KB]
- Subdivision including Phased Strata [PDF, 52KB]
- Schedule F - Watercourse Protection Development Permit [PDF, 127KB]
- Schedule G - Natural Features Development Permit [PDF, 177KB]
- Schedule H - Temporary Use Permit [PDF, 47KB]
- Schedule I - Rezoning (Bylaw First Reading only) [PDF, 54.2KB]
- Development Permit (intensive residential development) [PDF, 54KB]
Step 3: All applications must be submitted in accordance with the applicable checklist found below. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
